What kind of payment do you accept?
We will never ask for your credit card information as we only accept Paypal, money order or concealed cash [in Canadian Currency only] We recommend Paypal since it is the most secure form of Internet payment. Concealed cash is also accepted but, of course, at your own risk.
What is Cash on Delivery? Am I eligible for that option?
Cash on Delivery (COD) is only eligible to those who personally know the administrators of the site. Those who do not know the administrators of the site yet still click on that option will have to re-order it.
How quickly should I expect a response to my online order?
You will receive an e-mail confirmation of your order. Most e-mail receipts are received within fifteen minutes. If you do not immediately receive your receipt, please allow up to twenty-four hours for it to be delivered before contacting us. If you have not received your receipt, please also check your SPAM folder, as it may have been automatically stopped and moved into your SPAM or Junk Mail folder instead of being sent to your inbox.
Can I pick up my items instead?
Yes! Local pickup in Mississauga is available. Please state so in the comment box when placing your order. We will send you an email regarding the time and rendezvous. A three dollar service fee will be charged instead of the current fee applied to the items ordered. We will refund the original shipping fee at the pickup.
Why is my order taking so long to arrive?
All orders are conducted in "sprees". This means that we will collect 10 orders [ten pieces of clothing ordered], before sending the entire batch to our supplier. Therefore, please allow 3 to 6 weeks after we place the batch order for delivery to you.
